1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tk550 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://tk550.io and all associated services, features, content, and functionality therein.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tk550 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of tk550, including registered account holders and visitors browsing the platform without a registered account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

2. Eligibility Requirements

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player may maintain only one registered account on tk550. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If tk550 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same person — identified by matching personal details, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, or any combination thereof — all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances or bonuses forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number. You must update your account details promptly if any of this information changes. tk550 bears no liability for account issues arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information provided by the player.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

tk550 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit copies of one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any point during the account lifecycle:

4.3 Withdrawals

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

tk550 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms will prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.4 Bonus Eligibility
